The Classic rooms of Residenza Mare, which is not provided with a lift, are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors and can be reached through an internal staircases. The rooms in the Annex all have sea view and are provided with recently renovated bathrooms with shower cubicles. Two classic rooms are located on the ground floor of the main building. Facilities: double bed/twin beds, 26″ LCD TV, a safe, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a balcony, a hygiene set, simple furniture and essential accessories. Approximate size of double bedrooms 12 sqm.
Comfort rooms are our intermediate solution; they are all located in our Central Residence and most have a side view of the sea from a small balcony. Facilities: double bed/twin beds, light coloured wood furniture, 26″ LCD TV, an electronic safe, air conditioning, a desk, a renewed bathroom with a shower cubicle, a small balcony with a side view of the sea. Approximate size of double bedrooms 14 sqm.
Comfort Plus rooms feature our best solution with a balcony facing the sea!
They meet the 3 evaluation criteria: a privileged sea view, spacious room size and balcony size. Equipment: a double bed and a bunk bed, functional furniture, an electronic safe, 26″ LCD TV, a desk, a renewed bathroom with a shower cubicle. Two Comfort Plus rooms are located in the Residenza Mare building and afford a perfect sea view and spacious balconies. Approximate size of multiple rooms from 16 to 18 sqm.
