Monday – a lunch in the hills among family secrets In Vecciano hides our little villa in the greenery of the Romagna hills.
Here, you are invited, once a week, to enjoy a delicious lunch made with typical products.
Small wooden chests contain one of our most precious secrets. Since 1993, we have been producing balsamic vinegar, aged in the acetaia of the house in Vecciano.
Tuesday – the fish “sgradellata”
Experience an authentic culinary experience with a tasting dinner inspired by the traditional “sgradellata romagnola”. In this gastronomic journey, fish takes center stage,
prepared according to ancient recipes that celebrate the pure flavors of the sea.
Wednesday – Romagna tasting dinner
We delve into the flavors of our land. The mixed cheese platters and cold cuts are the stars. Then come the first courses with homemade tagliatelle and passatelli. The second courses with grilled sardines.
It will be a feast at the table.
Thursday – Immersed among the olive trees
The Frontali estate welcomes us after a bike tour in the Valmarecchia. Roberta tells us about the production of her extra virgin olive oil, in a heavenly place amidst 5,000 olive trees.
Friday – Special Dinner Tour of Italy’s Tastes
From the tip of the Alps to Sicily, Italy is a peninsula to be savored. Chef Solideo will guide us by hand through the culinary specialties of different Italian regions.
Sunday – Pizza Night!
A special evening dedicated to the queen of Italian cuisine: pizza! A selection of classic and gourmet pizzas made with fresh, local ingredients, for a convivial and flavorful dinner.

Every Monday, wine tasting with A.I.S. Level 3 Sommelier Stefano Giuliodori (owner and director) and A.I.S. Level 2 Sommelier Giacomo Corallo (Maitre).
They will guide you through a tasting of five of the region’s finest wines, explaining their details and sharing stories about our wonderful land.
