On this route we will see some of the most picturesque historic villages in the region.
San Giovanni in Marignano is the first of these, and is also called the granary of the Malatesta Lords for its great agricultural production since the Renaissance.
Then we will reach the village of Gradara, a pearl set in the hills, from which you can admire the sea. Impressive are the imposing walls and the perfectly preserved medieval castle.
We will then enter the Nature Reserve of Mount San Bartolo along the Panoramica, a road with the Adriatic Sea on one side and the Apennines on the other.
Along this stretch we will stop off at the ancient village of Fiorenzuola di Focara on a romantic terrace that overlooks the sea.
On the way back, we will finally stop off at the port of Cattolica and admire the typical fishing boats called “Vongolare”.
